The wide frequency range, from 0.3 Hz to 10 kHz, and light weight makes it an excellent general-purpose triaxial accelerometer.

When only a single- or bi-axis measurement is needed at a location, the small size and possibility of single axis powering supply makes Type 4535-B the right choice. TEDS function and the possibility of mounting with an M3 stud speed up test setup. For measurements with the same requirements but where a higher sensitivity is needed, Type 4535-B-001, with its sensitivity of 98 mV/g, is a strong choice.
